Making the ecosystem approach operational

20-22 January 2016, Copenhagen – Howard Browman participated in the workshop, “Making the ecosystem approach operational“. The workshop addressed challenges and barriers to the implementation of the ecosystem approach to management. Selected contributions to the workshop will be published in the ICES Journal of Marine Science.  

Howard Browman wins award for best departmental lecture of 2015

Marine ecosystem acoustics symposium

24-28 May 2015, Nantes, France – Howard Browman and Anne Berit Skiftesvik participated in the ICES-sponsored symposium, Marine Ecosystem Acoustics – Observing the ocean interior across scales in support of integrated management.
